Level 3, Day 4! The gaps between the days are getting longer because I began going to the gym again. However, deciding to do the Shred today made me remember why I wanted to lose weight in the first place. I’ve been finding it hard to hit the elliptical for 30 mins, not because of my overall fitness (believe me, it improves everyday), but because my patience is getting shorter. Seeing Jillian today reminded me that exercise is supposed to be fun, and that’s what I just love about the Shred: it’s really hard yet it’s fun and gratifying once you finish it.

Now I remember my long-term goal: to be the trainer for Biggest Loser Philippines Season 10, which I think is doable since Season 1 hasn’t even started yet.

This is the most inspiring thing i have ever seen. This proves that there is nothing stopping you but you.

Oh wow. And to think I used up all the available excuses to not hop on the elliptical for 30 mins. I still do the elliptical btw so why bother telling myself to not do it?

Level 3 Day 3, I know, I skipped it for 5 days, but I went twice to the gym in between doing weights. I also was able to jog around the academic oval of our campus once without stopping, that’s about 2.2 Km, a personal record!

Day 2, Level 3, a little bit harder today because my muscles were still recovering from yesterday, but still easier than the previous two levels. I realized that I need a mat because my elbows are really hurting from the first strength move. Going to jog later in the afternoon after school!

Day 1, Level 3! I found this level surprisingly easy. It’s my favorite among the three, it has got all the best and fun moves. Mountain climbers are nothing compared to plank jacks and double jump ropes :D

For all those not yet in level 3, don’t be scared do try it. You can do it. By the time you get to level 3, you learn that not only are you getting stronger, you also discover that you don’t stop, ever.

You’re like really beautiful. EVERYWHERE.

Level 2, Day 10! I’m so scared to move on to Level 3 tomorrow.
What I like most about this workout is just when you thought it’s no sweat because you are on day eight or so, you are so wrong when you look at your shirt afterwards.
I’m afraid I have hit a plateau, gunna hit the gym twice this week on top of the shred.

Level 2, Day 9, easy as a really difficult pie. My fingers are shaking as I type this. I did not go to the party I was invited to tonight because I had to shred it. That is dedication, my friends. I’m happy to announce that I have developed a crush on Natalie. :D

Day 8, Level 2! There’s that smile. Look, my ponytail came off again. I worked harder today than any other day in this level. I can do EVERYTHING. Natalie, watch out!
I just feel so good. :D
